Services

Five ways we sit beside a family.

In-home and community ABA, and comprehensive assessment, are the services families ask for first. Everything else exists so those gains can travel — into parenting, into school, into friendship.

01

In-home and community-based ABA

Most requested

This is the heart of Sprout. Board-certified clinical leadership shapes treatment around functional communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior reduction. Scheduling stays flexible for the household, and families stay in the conversation rather than waiting outside it.

02

Behavioral and skill assessments

Most requested

Comprehensive assessment tells us what to teach next and how to know it is working. We use instruments including the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills–Revised (ABLLS-R), and the Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS).

03

Parent and caregiver coaching

Parents, caregivers, and legal guardians are partners in the work. Coaching is practical: how to invite communication, how to respond in a hard moment, and how to carry a skill from a session into Tuesday morning.

04

School consultation and IEP support

We consult with school teams and support families as they navigate IEP goals. The aim is alignment — not a separate plan that lives only in a binder.

05

Social skills groups

Groups give learners a place to practice social skills with guidance close by. Sessions stay structured, kind, and matched to the children in the room.

The referral asks for the essentials: who you are, where you live, insurance, and how you’d like us to talk with you. An intake call follows. Nothing is booked from the form alone.
